NOTE: Post-operative pain and anti-inflammatory injections, go home medications and E-collar are additional charges. These charges vary based on your pets exact body weight, pets health, and behavior status. Our veterinarians recommend pre-anesthetic blood work before the surgery to check the internal organ function to make sure your pet is safe enough to go under general anesthesia and select suitable anesthesia protocol to minimize the anesthesia risks. Pre-anesthesia blood work cost is $95 regardless of weight range. We highly recommend this pre-op blood work to get to know your pet’s health status before anesthesia.

Prescription Fee.

Price Matching: We understand with everything going on in our everyday lives, we want to provide the best care for our pets but while also being financially conscious of our spending. We do price match the vast majority of pharmacies online or at other facilities so if there is a medication you're finding to be cheaper somewhere else, please show and let our staff know the as price matching is much simpler and less time consuming than having to create the actual prescriptions for you.

Online Pharmacies: This service (Prescription fee) also goes towards if you were to order the medications(s) from an online pharmacy directly before requesting or picking up a physical prescription from us. Usually this means that pharmacy will reach out to our staff and send a "Prescription request, Authorization Request", or they call us for verbal approval. The request forms they send need to be filled out by the doctor then sent back to the pharmacy. If they call us then they typically speak to the doctor or a senior technician for verbal approval. The "Prescription Fee" must be paid before any of these services can be completed.

Description: On the rare occurrence we cannot price match or you strongly prefer a written prescription(s); the fee is for our doctor and staffs time to create your physical prescription(s) for whatever medication you're requesting at the time of your visit. The fee also goes towards any outside pharmacies that send us any forms for the doctor or staff to fill out and if they call us for verbal approval on any orders you have with them. Our doctor and staff do have other appointments, drop-offs, and surgeries everyday so this service is for their time when they are multitasking and handling your prescription(s) during their busy schedule. This fee is limited to 1 prescription medication meaning if there are multiple prescriptions that you need created or approved, it will be the $9.50 per prescription(s) requested.

Diagnosis: Once all the information is gathered, the veterinarian will come up with a diagnosis for your pet's condition. This is an important step in understanding what may be causing any health issues.

Treatment Recommendations: After establishing a diagnosis, the veterinarian will recommend a course of treatment. This may include medications, special diets, lifestyle changes, or other interventions to address the specific health issues identified.
